_Conference organizational details:

- The conference will take place on 5-6th June 2012 in Rzymski Hotel in Poznań. The hotel is located in the city centre, merely 200m away from the market square.
- Deadline for participation registration is 27th May 2012.
- The conference proceedings will take the form of presentations, announcements, workshops as well as discussions. Due to strict time limits, organisers request for the following to last no longer than: presentations – 15mins, announcements – 5mins, statement during discussion – 5mins.
- A reviewed scientific monograph titled “Energy Safety” will be published and author’s copies will be sent to conference participants by the end of 2012. There will be no author’s fees for the submitted papers unless they were ordered by the organisers. All conference participants will receive one freecopy of a conference monograph.
- The full speech content ought to be sent to the conference secretariat via e-mail by 30th June 2012.
- All conference participants are required to pay a conference fee of 120 euro The price covers: conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch on both conference days (5th and 6th June), a ceremonial reception scheduled on 6th June as well as the publication of a reviewed scientific monograph.
- A promotional fee of 95 euro applies to those who make a payment for their participation in the conference by 15th April 2012.
- Paper publication fee without participating in the conference – 40 euro
- Conference proceedings schedule will be sent to all conference participants by 30th May 2012.
- All trip expenses are reimbursed by the delegating institutions.
- Participants are requested to transfer the conference fee, or those who only wish to publish – publication fee, to the following bank account:
